commission terms of service
A shorter version of this ToS pops up when you hit that request button on Ko-Fi, which should suffice for most people. This is for those who want more clarification on certain stuff.
Those who know me know very well I also just like to yap, so this page's existence is a given.
Keep in mind that "thing" will sometimes be used to refer to the COMMISSIONED ART. These terms are also subject to change anytime but they don't apply retroactively, meaning if I changed these terms after I had already started on your commission, they won't apply to it.
🐸 GENERAL NOTES 🐸
- I reserve the right to reject your commission for literally any reason.
- Be very, very specific. If you don't tell me how X thing will be depicted then I will just take artistic liberty and do my own thing and you are not allowed to cry about it.
- Include as many references as possible. Too many is always better than too little. Again, if you don't provide enough references then I'll just do my own thing.
- Generally speaking, I will try to get the commission finished in more or less two weeks. But I WILL inform you ahead of time if I will be delayed, or if I straight up can't finish the commission, in which case you're entitled to a full refund.
- If art is time sensitive, please notify in advance!!!
- Any changes will have to be minimal, like color changes or tiny alterations or whatever. This is why I tell you to be very very specific beforehand to avoid stuff like this.
- Please please please (Sabrina Carpenter) DO NOT USE MY COMMISSION TO TRAIN YOUR GENERATIVE AI. Get outta here.
- Moreover, if you do not honor these terms, you will lose all aforementioned rights to your commission, be forbidden to ever commission me again, and I'm free to do whatever I wish with what I have.
- I will also need to disclose that I will be keeping records of our conversations in case one of y'all try to pull some shady shit.

- YOUR OCs. Duh.
- FANART. Someone will come in here and ask me to draw Kasane Teto and the only difference between her and you is that she won't pay me a damn thing.
- FURRIES, granted they don't fall under the complicated designs rule below
- SLIGHT NUDITY. Believe it or not, I WILL draw a tit or two for cash. But emphasis on SLIGHT because I'm not gonna be drawing you a full naked body even if it's supposed to be non-sexual.
- Couples of any gender!
- You, and/or your friends/family/loved ones.

If your character has any of the following, please toggle the Complexities addon:
- WEAPONS. Especially guns.
- ARMOR.
- WHOLE LOTTA ACCESSORIES.
- WHOLE LOTTA DETAIL.
- WHOLE LOTTA RED ALBUM COVER.
❌️ I WON'T DRAW ❌️
These are non-negotiable.
- ANYTHING NSFW. Which includes but is not limited to:
- PORN. Not yet. Not now.
- GORE.
- FETISHES, except for the Wonder Bread guy.
- TERRIBLE COUPLES. I mean couples between an adult and a child, an abuser and their victim, etc. Come on, y'all.
- SUPER COMPLICATED DESIGNS. Please. I am not that skilled. Mechas also fall under this.
- ANYTHING POLITICAL/HATEFUL. Look brah enough people already hate me lmao????
- NOTABLE PEOPLE, particularly James Corden
- Imitation of other art styles/artists. There are better artists suited for that, and besides, why would you come to ME to draw like OTHER PEOPLE?
As always, you're free to ask for clarifications on what I will or won't draw, if the list above somehow doesn't answer what you want to ask.
🤔 PROCESS 🤔
A step-by-step into the legendary trademarked proprietary (not actually) midgetsausage commission process.
- You pull out your wallet.
- You type in how I should draw X thing.
- I get the money.
- I go and draw the thing.
- I send you low-res progress reports if I finish the base sketch, line-art, flat colors and rendering of the commission.
- I also send you a random species of frog or toad along with said progress report.
- I deliver full-res drawing.
- You're happy, I'm happy, I'll go to sleep.
😳 USAGE 😳
You, the commissioner, are entitled to personal, non-commercial usage of your commission while I, the commissioned, claim all rights regarding the thing.
"What the hell does that mean?" Means I'm allowed to PUBLISH, DISPLAY, POST and/or PROMOTE MYSELF USING the thing anywhere/everywhere.
Meanwhile, you're not allowed to:
- make money off the art (That's MY job!)
- take credit for making the art
- remove my watermarks
I pretty much reserve full rights to the commissioned art and its use/distribution.
😔 REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS 😔
Everyone's favorite policy! If only the internet cafe I frequent had one.
- You're not allowed a refund if I have already started.
- If I can't do it, however, sure, you get a full refund.
- If a refund IS in order, I'm pretty sure Ko-Fi does most of the work regarding the refund (I can just press a lil "refund" button on your order) so as much as possible please do NOT chargeback me via PayPal
